We know wedding season can be a whirlwind so we’re keeping this simple, clear, and bride-approved. If you don’t find what you need below, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help.
💌 Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
During launch week, all orders will ship on Monday, August 5th.
After that, orders ship every Thursday. To be included, order by Wednesday at 12 PM EST.
Need it faster? Select Express Shipping ($20) at checkout to ship within 1–2 business days.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
We totally get it sometimes it’s not the one.
We accept returns for a full refund of the item(s) if:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags are still attached
- It’s returned within 14 days of delivery
To start a return, email us at returns@allbeforeido.com with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so we can’t guarantee edits once it’s placed but shoot us a message ASAP and we’ll do our best.
Do you offer group discounts for bridal parties?
Yes! If you’re ordering 5+ items, email us for details on bridal party perks.
Do you sell gift cards?
Absolutely! Digital gift cards are available here they make the perfect gift for any nearlywed.
